Users' Guide (for Kyushu University Members)
Borrowing
Please come to the counter with the materials you wish to borrow and your library card.
Please refer to the table below for the number of items that can be borrowed and the loan period.
Users can borrow up to 10 materials (books and journals altogether) by the normal loan.
In addition, faculty members, graduate students, and 4th grade under graduate students can use the long term loan service.

【In-Library Use】Users are not allowed to borrow the materials below.
Newspapers / Rare Books / Assigned Books / Microfilms / Reference Books / Audio Vidual Media / Other Materials with (In-Library) label.
Materials that cannot be borrowed long-term
Novels / Paperbacks and pocket books / Materials from special sections, such as the job-hunting corner and the international exchange lounge
The long-term loan program was established to support research activities, such as writing academic papers.
Please note that the Science and technology Library does not apply this policy to popular reading materials or materials that are expected to be widely and frequently used.
In addition, we would appreciate your cooperation in the event of a recall during the loan period.
