The following behaviors are not allowed by the terms of Agreements whether unintentional or not.

• Use for purposes other than individual study and research
• Modification, duplication, or distribution of downloaded materials

We frequently recall to patrons who are borrowing overdue items by telephone, email, or mail.
We recommend you to reserve the item. It makes you easier to borrow the item prior to any other patron when the specifi item is checked in. We also recall reserved materials intensively.

You can order library materials or documents from other libraries of Kyushu University and receive at your own campus.

You may return books of Kyushu University holdings to any of our libraries.
However, books borrowed by ILL or other institutions should be returned to the library you checked out.

Items on "Laboratory Use" or "Long-term loan" condition are located at labs for continuing researches. Therefore patrons basically may not check them out. For on-site use or short-term borrowing those materials, contact labs directly about the availability.

For preservating purposes, we provide limited viewing services to our patrons for the following materials.

You may not check out the latest numbers of periodicals. However, only following libraries circulate latest issues.

You can print from iMac setting inside the Library.

Come to the circulation desk. You may go in to the library by filling in our entering form. However, remember you cannot borrow items without your library ID.

According to our manual, the libraries should be air-conditioned when the temprature is above 28℃ during July 1-September 14.
However, we are flexible to deal with it to provide comfortable environment for studying.

Even if you do not have a current, formal relationship with Kyushu University, we welcome you to make on-site use of the library. You can use our libraries for research and study.
We do not accept patrons with non-academic purposes.
