Kyushu University Library is working to digitize the research outputs in the University and make it available to anyone online in accordance with our open access policy.
With the approval of the Biological Laboratory College of General Education Kyushu University, we plan to digitize the "Sieboldia : acta biologica" and make them available in the repository.
We have registered various research outputs created by the researchers and graduate students in the University to Kyushu University Institutional Repository (QIR) and make them open through Collections.

In February 2024, the Cabinet Office announced the “Basic Policy on Promoting Open Access to Publicly Funded Scholarly Publications and Scientific Data”（Written in Japanese）.
Immediate Open Access (OA) to research outputs (peer-reviewed academic papers and evidence data) funded by grants such as Kakenhi will be mandatory for newly solicited projects starting in FY 2025.
Due to the outage of the financial accounting system, you will not be able to enter book purchase requests.
