"行政改革会議" (The Administrative Reform Council) was established during the administration of Prime Minister Ryutaro Hashimoto as an advisory body directly under the Prime Minister. This collection consists of materials related to the Hashimoto administrative reforms, centered on the activities of the Administrative Reform Council, formerly owned by Hiroyasu Fujita (Professor Emeritus, Tohoku University), who served as a member of the Council and as chair of its Subcommittee on Institutional Issues.
