To Faculty, Staff, and Students of Kyushu University

Kyushu University Library has recently concluded a cooperation agreement on document delivery with the Seoul National University Library.

Under this agreement, faculty, staff, and students of Kyushu University can request document deliveries of the photocopies of materials held by the Central Library of the Seoul National University free of charge up to a certain number of requests.
Similarly, faculty, staff, and students of Seoul National University can also request document deliveries of the photocopies of materials held by the Central Library of Kyushu University.

How to Apply

It's the same way as you normally apply for the document delivery service. Log in to MyPage on the Kyushu University Library website and make a new request of the document delivery.
Be sure to select the "Central Library" in the Destination library column and type "The Central Library of the Seoul National University holds the item" in the Notes column.

Please note that available materials are only those whose holding location is displayed as "Main Library" on the Seoul National University Library holding search. However, due to the condition of the materials or copyright and other rights, we may not be able to provide photocopies as requested. In addition, there is a limit to the number of requests that can be proceeded free of charge for the entire university, so there may be cases in which a fee will be charged.
