Online reservation is accepted by 30 minutes before the facility use. As for the immediate use, please apply at the circulation counter.
*If you’re late for 30 minutes, your reservation will be canceled.
[Reservation Terms]
- Quota: 1 or more (maximum: 4). Please fill all names of other users in the Notes.
- For 3 hours maximum per day. Up to 10 minutes before the library closing.
- Successive reservations by the same group are not permitted. After use, the next reservation becomes possible.
- Please type your purpose concretely in the blank of the Purpose (ex. circle meeting).
- Use for taking classes online here is not admitted. Please make use of the rooms designated by your department.
- We request you to keep quiet in the rooms such as using your headset to prevent sound leakage.
