九州帝国大学細菌学教室初代教授（中央図書館初代館長を兼務）の小川政修医学博士の蔵書と、細菌学教室所蔵資料を合体したコレクション。

This collection combines the collection of Dr. Masashu Ogawa, M.D., the first professor of the Department of Bacteriology at Kyushu Imperial University (who also served as the first director of the Central Library), and materials from the Department of Bacteriology.
