The Works of Sengai are now available in high resolution digital image

About 30 high-resolution digital images of works by "Sengai Osho", who is known for his humorous Zen paintings, were released from the Rare Materials Digital Archive in the Kyushu University.

These works were collected by Dr. Nakayama Morihiko (1867-1957), who was a professor at Kyushu University School of Medicine, and were donated to the Faculty of Letters, Kyushu University. The collection is now deposited in the Fukuoka Art Museum.
