[Resolved] Issue with Viewing eBooks via bREADER Cloud App
As of 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 9, 2025, we have received confirmation that the issue has been resolved.
By updating the bREADER Cloud app to the latest version, eBook content can now be viewed normally via the browser.
As of Friday, September 5, 2025, an issue has been identified on iOS and iPadOS devices (such as iPhones and iPads) with the "bREADER Cloud" app installed. When attempting to view eBook content via the browser viewer instead of the app, the content may not display correctly.
※If the app is not installed, the browser viewer functions normally.
Until the issue is resolved, please use the following methods:
① For users with the app installed on iOS or iPadOS devices
→ eBook content can be viewed only through the app. Viewing via browser is not available.
② For users without the app installed on iOS or iPadOS devices
→ eBook content can be viewed via the browser.
③ For other devices such as PCs or Android
→ eBook content can be accessed normally via both browser and app.
