QIR 20th Anniversary : Transcript of the Roundtable Conversation
On April 14, 2026, Kyushu University Institutional Repository(QIR) marked the 20th anniversary of its launch. To commemorate this milestone, we are holding a 20th‑anniversary campaign to further encourage deposits to and use of QIR, and posting updates periodically on the QIR 20th Anniversary Web Page.
We have published a transcript of the roundtable conversation held on June 5 as part of the commemorative event. It is available on the following page (in Japanese).

During the conversation, we spoke with staff members who were involved in the launch of QIR and institutional repositories at other universities. They shared valuable insights and behind-the-scenes stories—many of which can only be told now—about the establishment of these repositories, as well as memorable episodes from their early years.
