Local Government System and Decentralization Online is now available.

This is the database of materials demonstrating the footprint of institutional reform design of local self-government for about half a century after the war.
It collects a huge amount of minutes and handouts including recommendations and reports of Local Administrative Investigation Committee Meeting, Local System Investigation Committee, and Decentralization Promotion Committee.
It contains "Local Self-Government Monthly Report" (from August 1947 to March 2013) and "Amended Local System Materials" (from October 1947 to December 2000) as basic materials for local self-government.
