This is the digital archive of "Nihon Shinrei" (first published in 1915 - discontinued in 1939, approximately 700 issues), an organ published by the Japanese Psychic Society.
Among the psychotherapy boom that swept through the late Meiji and Taisho eras, the society, founded in 1908, is known as the largest spiritual art organization that provides psychic treatment (psychotherapy) through its network of temples nationwide.
This is an important historical source in multiple fields, including history of science, religion, history of ideas, folklore, literature, and publishing culture.
